Laura Downs

Laura Downs Station was purchased in 2018 as part of the Urawilkie aggregation. Laura downs Station was split from the Urawilkie business in 2024 to create a stand-alone dryland cropping business.

Laura Downs comprises a total area of 8,700 Ha of which approx. 85% is arable. It is located 39km east of Coonamble and has predominately heavier black/grey self-mulching loam soil types.

The focus of the property will be on broadacre winter crop production that will involve cereal, canola & legumes/ pulse crops grown in rotation.
