Urawilkie

Urawilkie is located 35km east of Coonamble and is an aggregation of a number of properties resulting in a variety of soils.  The southern portion and Garryowen have heavier black/grey self-mulching loams with the northern portion having a mix of soils from chocolate/red loams with some lighter soils mainly towards the north-east.

The property has approximately 14,000 hectares of developed dryland cultivation country, 3,300 hectares of pasture improved grazing and 8,600 hectares of dryland grazing and support country.

The development of a cow herd to run on the northern end of the property will be a focus with cropping continuing on the heavier black loams.
